Elaine Penta Rampone
Elaine Penta Rampone has been the 
owner and Chief Executive Manager of RAMP Enterprises, LLC since 1996. Elaine has over 30 years experience in quality assurance management. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor concentration in Biology, from Northeastern University (1989) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven (1992).
Prior to RAMP, Elaine worked for General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division and a series of small family-owned businesses, with positions in Project and Design Engineering, Quality Procurement Engineering, and Quality Management. Elaine was an Excel Partnership consultant for several years, in various capacities including documentation specialist, training development, consulting, public training, and sales.
Elaine has been accredited with the QSARAB as a certified associate auditor for over 15 years (Q06691) and holds a Senior Member Status with the American Society of Quality. Elaine has successfully completed the Sanctioned Aerospace Auditor Training for AS 9100. Elaine has been an accredited Certified Quality Auditor through the ASQ and has been a partnered consultant with CONNStep, Naugatuck Valley Community College, Orchid Orthopedic, and Solutions Associates. RAMP has a 99% success rate with bringing clients through successful registrations and permanent continued success.
Jodi Sutherland
Jodi Sutherland is a respected leader, manager and accomplished 
quality management professional with 15 years experience and success in leading small to medium design prototype and manufacturing organizations ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, IEC, CE and FAA compliance and certifications.
Jodi has been a certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence through ASQ, an ASQ member for over 10 years and served on the leadership committee of ASQ-Vermont. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from University of Massachusetts (1992) and a Masters of Science in Quality Systems Management from Anna Maria College (1998).
The majority of Jodi’s career has been supporting the renewable energy and aerospace industries. She has been an IEC working group project leader and a past Vice Chairman of ASTM E-44, where both leadership roles facilitated worldwide testing standards in the photovoltaic (solar) energy industry.

Emily Frias graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a 
degree in Telecommunication – Production and a minor in Business. She has worked in video production for 15 years and has had the pleasure of working on various projects including documentaries, national news pieces, commercials, TV shows, short films as well as travel videos in Europe and Asia. In 2013 Emily launched her production company, Blue Denim Media, and focuses on serving businesses to enhance their communication efforts with quality video.
